Do you want a Spartan Program?

Spartan programs are the number one option for students who study in the Philippines. 50% of our students choose Spartan programs. If you want a Spartan program, here are some facts about it.

Who is Spartan Program suitable for?

The Spartan program provides a lot of study time and study environment even after regular classes due to mandatory self-study, tests, and restrictions on going out during the week. Therefore, it is suitable for those who want quick academic results in a short period of time.

In addition, class attendance and participation in tests and self-study are compulsory. You must be someone who can faithfully follow the school’s regulations.

How does the Spartan Program work in general?

  • Compulsory self-study after school: time for preparation and review
  • Weekly Test: Twice a week on Tuesday/Thursday
  • Saturday Test: IELTS and TOEIC Mock Test
  • Penalty: You may receive a penalty such as limiting going out on Saturdays for not attending classes, self-study, or tests.

We do not recommend Spartan Program to this kind of person:

  1. Those whose English level is too low: If the level of English is lower than that of a beginner, all subjects must be customized. Sparta is not recommended for such people because it cannot be customized for group classes.
  2. Those who want a speaking-centered class: The Spartan curriculum is to strengthen basic English skills. In addition to speaking, you will learn the whole of ESL including reading, grammar, vocabulary, and writing.

  3. For those who are reluctant to receive a penalty: Spartan programs promote “Manage your studies and life”. Therefore, those who are absent from school or engage in behavior that disrupts the academic environment may receive a penalty.
