The processes for consultation, registration, airport pick-up, and school arrival are as follows.
This is the process of confirming your study abroad goals, budget, and a school with the atmosphere you want. You can also check the recent reputation or strengths and weaknesses of CIP English through consultation.
Counseling can be done with an agent or the school. However, please contact the CIP English official partner for agent consultation.You can check the quotation according to the period of study, course, and accommodation type. The quote is subject to the current promotion/scholarship of CIP English.
According to CIP English regulations, the final amount of the quotation is the same everywhere of the agencies. You cannot get cheaper quotes from certain agents, and even if you do, you may be penalized.
You will finally select the course and study period that suits you. Please check whether there is a Philippine national holiday or a CIP English reinforcement schedule during the study period.
You can usually receive your admission letter 2-4 days after registration.
You should familiarize yourself with CIP English's school and dormitory regulations, refund policy, preparations for study-abroad, and airport pickup.
In particular, please be aware of the penalties related to drinking on campus, cohabiting with the opposite gender, and violation of curfew in the dormitory regulation.
Tuition must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to admission. Tuition remittance can be done through an official partner of CIP English or CIP English.
Please purchase a flight ticket after paying tuition. It must be a return ticket. Also, apply for insurance for overseas travelers.
Chinese and Taiwanese nationals, please apply for a visa at the Philippine Embassy. For other countries, you can stay in the Philippines for 30 days without a visa, so you can extend your visa locally after entering the country. However, Thailand is 21 days visa-free.
Please send your ticket to CIP English. We will send you a pick-up letter to meet you at the airport. The pick-up letter will include a photo of the person who will meet you, a meeting point at the airport, and emergency contact information. Usually, you can receive the pickup letter 3 to 5 days before admission.
Finally, please double-check your passport (should be valid for more than 6 months), round-trip air ticket, and admission letter . It is also recommended to bring a laptop or one or two books to read for studying abroad.
Shampoo and hair dryer can be purchased from shopping malls in the Philippines.
Airport pickup is available no matter what time you arrive. It takes about 2 hours 30 minutes from Manila Airport to CIP English and 40 minutes from Clark/Mabalacat Airport to school.
There is no official schedule on Saturdays and Sundays. You can stay on campus (meals are provided) or go out on your own. Information on the official schedule can be provided after arriving at the school.
